Prof. Dr. Gökhan Koç, who serves in the field of urological surgery in Izmir, graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2000. After graduation, he worked as a research assistant in the urology clinic of Tepecik Training and Research Hospital for 5 years and became a specialist doctor in 2007. After serving as a Medical Lieutenant in Şırnak Hospital between 2007-2008, he worked as a specialist doctor at İzmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital for 5 years. During his service, he also received laparoscopic surgery training as a specialist doctor at Uludağ University and later observed laparoscopic and robotic surgery at the University of Iowa Faculty of Medicine.
